The position also involves supervising hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations, maintaining production and inventory records in ERP or WMS systems, and driving process improvements to boost productivity. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED (associate degree or technical training preferred); minimum five years of warehouse and assembly experience; minimum three years in a supervisory role; experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts; ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
