Vice President, Program Manager – New York, United States (on-site)
Chase is seeking a senior leader to deliver high-impact, multi-workstream programs on the Pay Chase & Bill Pay portfolio. You will partner with product, technology, data, and design teams to translate strategy into executable plans, drive governance, and strengthen delivery across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs from initiation through launch and stabilization across multiple workstreams.
- Translate strategic intent into actionable plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Align stakeholders on options, trade-offs, and decisions to drive value realization.
- Coordinate launch readiness across product, technology, data/analytics, design, operations, and control partners.
- Drive accountability to maintain momentum and meet delivery dates.
- Lead security-first modernization and remediation to improve resiliency and reduce vulnerabilities.
- Establish and run program governance, operating cadence, change control, and decision logs.
- Deliver concise executive updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators, build benefit cases, and report outcomes to senior leaders.
- Improve portfolio-level delivery predictability by scaling lightweight program management mechanisms and standards.
