To strengthen our Berlin or Munich team, we are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a passion for design, creativity, and a strong sense of user guidance. In this role you will: conceive and design intuitive UX/UI solutions for Web and Mobile (iOS & Android); develop prototypes and interactive wireframes for idea validation; lead and facilitate workshops (e.g., journey mapping, ideation sessions) and analyze usage data and feedback to optimize designs with data insights. Requirements include a completed design degree and experience in UX/UI design (portfolio required); proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.); very good German language skills (minimum C1) and willingness to travel.
