The UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) will own and govern the design system that underpins all products. In an AI-enabled environment, you will shape the platform’s look, feel, and interactions, providing design judgment and system-level thinking that keeps Myra's product coherent.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Own and govern the Myra design system: serve as the single source of truth for components, tokens, interaction patterns, spacing, typography, and visual language across all products.
Review, refine, and approve AI-generated UI across product teams, maintaining prompting standards and design briefs to improve AI output.
Conduct proactive UX research: usability testing, user interviews, session reviews, and heuristic evaluations; translate findings into actionable design decisions.
Ensure cross-product design consistency: oversee navigation patterns, interaction models, terminology, error states, and empty states.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure implementation matches design intent, and create precise handoff assets for efficient development.
Participate in product planning to review upcoming features for design implications before development.
Design-system ownership with experience in token architecture, component composition, documentation, and governance.
Proficiency with AI design tooling; integrate AI into daily workflow with the judgment to identify its limitations.
