You will manage full-cycle recruitment for interns and intern conversions, primarily for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive decisions. You will deliver a strong candidate experience from outreach through onboarding, and aim to achieve a 50%+ intern conversion rate by engaging eligible graduating interns early. Build relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business units, ensure accurate documentation and compliance in the Applicant Tracking System, and support local recruiting and internship events (onsite attendance required).
