You will become part of a community of about 70 designers across six sites (Montpellier, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Vannes, Paris) and directly influence banking services and digital journeys for CA's 21 million customers. Your contributions will include collaborating with Product squads to design user journeys for clients and branch staff, participating in all lifecycle stages from conception to continuous improvement, and working with Lead UX and front-end developers to ensure high-quality delivery. You will ensure coherent graphical design across products and channels with the Muesli design system, coordinate and mentor other UI designers, and craft high-quality, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile with responsive design, ensuring deliverables such as prototyping, UX/UI testing, and UI reviews meet standards. You will work closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, and Developers in an agile environment, and proactively contribute to evolving visual guidelines, UI trends, and digital experience innovations.
