Territory Sales Representative – Rental Equipment (Southeast Texas) Mustang Cat’s Mustang Rental Services division is hiring a Rental Territory Sales Representative to grow equipment rental sales across Southeast Texas.

Overview: As a Rental Territory Sales Representative, you will expand the rental business within your assigned Southeast Texas territory by developing new relationships and managing existing accounts in construction, industrial facilities, and municipalities. You will visit job sites to assess customer needs, recommend equipment solutions, and prepare rental quotes and proposals. You will maintain strong customer service relationships and promote rental equipment including aerial lifts, generators, air compressors, light towers, construction equipment, and Caterpillar equipment. Your performance will be measured against territory sales goals.

What we’re looking for: - Outside sales, territory sales, or equipment rental sales experience - Strong customer relationship and sales skills - Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand equipment applications - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Excellent communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical field, or related area (equivalent experience considered) - Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish; experience with construction or heavy equipment; familiarity with Caterpillar equipment; experience serving construction, industrial, or municipal customers
