Technical Writer needed to develop and maintain product literature, technical manuals, and engineering documentation. This role collaborates with product designers, customer care representatives, and other departments to ensure technical information is accurate, clear, and usable. Responsibilities include creating and updating customer product documentation (operator manuals, maintenance manuals, serial number tracking, spare parts lists); collaborating to gather information; establishing consistent documentation style, structure, and content; providing engineering documentation support; applying technical writing standards and best practices; managing and improving work instructions and other technical documents; organizing information with clear language and suitable visuals; coordinating documentation projects, resources, and priorities to meet deadlines; following safety procedures; and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications include a high school diploma, completion of a college or university program in a related field, strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro), and Microsoft Office; strong visual and graphic communication skills; ability to work across departments; ability to manage projects and priorities; attention to detail; and the ability to work independently.
