PayIt is seeking a Technical Solutions Delivery Manager to own the path from client need to delivered service within the DMV services vertical. You will translate complex Motor Vehicle and Transportation business rules, statutory requirements, and technical constraints into scalable platform solutions rather than one-off builds. Partner closely with Engineering to translate client requirements into platform configurations, test for reusability, and ensure platform-level capabilities. Own end-to-end delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and go-live readiness; provide clear, decision-ready updates to leadership and client stakeholders. Lead client technical and deployment calls with state agency stakeholders, translating platform behavior into business terms and managing scope and trade-offs. Coordinate with Finance, Support, and Client Operations to ensure smooth go-lives and post-launch handoffs. Build tools, playbooks, and processes to turn DMV delivery into a repeatable operating model. Desired background includes 4–6 years in technical implementation or solutions delivery for a B2B SaaS platform, API and data-flow familiarity, Jira or similar tools, and strong client-facing collaboration skills. Familiarity with GovTech, public sector, or DMV domains, AI fluency, and experience with low-code automation or SQL are pluses. Annual Salary Range: $75,000—$95,000 USD.
