The role will focus on areas such as payments and expense management, remittance, insurance, or wealth and trading, spanning strategy, outcomes, and roadmap through to the technical design and delivery of the supporting systems. This is a money-movement driven product where licensing, compliance, and third-party rails are core constraints. What you'll be doing: Own a vertical end-to-end with measurable outcomes and a backlog prioritized by value, risk, dependency, and strategic priority. Shape the technical design with engineering, defining system boundaries, money-movement accuracy, third-party rail dependencies, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability, and recovery. Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and user experience, and defend them to engineering, compliance, or operations leads. Treat regulated constraints as first-class inputs—licensing scope, KYC/CDD, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy. Know which gates trigger a launch and how to plan for forward-readiness. Apply AI where it earns its place—define what it can decide, when a human stays in the loop, how it is evaluated, and what happens when uncertain. Ship behind feature flags and go live per rail as external gates clear. Collaborate with
