Technical Infrastructure Program Manager for Data Center Planning Delivery oversees data center build projects in Texas. Leads cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Applies strong communication, negotiation, influence, analytical, and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and accelerate project delivery. The successful candidate will be a clear communicator, able to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, and capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts. They will apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies, and techniques across all project lifecycle phases, with demonstrated experience in scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting, and metrics development/tracking. Experience with MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint is required; experience with Tableau, Kanban, Playbook, SQL, and systems integration is a plus. The role is part of AWS Infrastructure Services, which owns design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure to keep the cloud running. Collaboration across software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security, and operations managers is essential, with a focus on safety, security, and cost efficiency.
