You will support store leadership by managing day-to-day operations, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and maintaining store standards across departments to create a seamless shopping experience. As a front-line ambassador, you will drive sales through coaching, customer engagement, and effective selling strategies, while staying informed about current product launches and brand initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in all store departments—POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Requirements: must be 18 years or older; 2–3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates who have held store leadership roles; flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and be on your feet for a full shift. The posted pay range is $17.00–$21.00 per hour and may vary by location; compensation will meet or exceed local minimum wage. This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
