Overview: Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead in Sales to help deliver memorable in-store experiences. This on-site role supports the HEYDUDE brand initiatives and store leadership at our Shelby County, Indiana location. What You'll Do: Deliver outstanding customer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model. Foster a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback and upholding Crocs core values. Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations, to create a seamless shopping experience. Lead by example on the sales floor and collaborate with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective selling strategies and consumer engagement. Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards. What You'll Bring: Must be 18 years or older. 2–3 years of retail experience, with prior store leadership preferred.
