We are seeking an experienced Team Lead, Implementation Services to oversee multiple implementation projects, ensuring deployments are completed on time, within allocated hours, and meet client expectations. The role involves evaluating client technology needs, assisting with the development of configurations and standards that support ECI and client business processes, utilizing automation of standardized solutions, and validating and troubleshooting deployments, hardware and software installations and upgrades, as well as assisting with new infrastructure build-outs and the creation of internal documentation and client-facing training materials. The successful candidate will work with the Associate Director and internal teams to review and manage solution designs, project scopes, and client proposals. This is a hybrid role with a strong preference for candidates based in the London area.
