The Team Lead helps ensure inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent, convenient, and exceptional car wash experience for customers. The position also involves hiring, training, and coaching teammates, and leading by example. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth; communicating clearly, engaging and leading others by example; and organizing time, work, and team to complete varying responsibilities. Requirements: at least six months of relevant customer service or sales experience; car wash experience is preferred, though not required. Compensation: teammates in this role typically earn $15.50/hour, which includes a base pay of $13.50/hour plus about $2/hour in commission from membership sales.
