End-to-end recruitment and selection: You manage the full recruitment process for regional profiles (e.g., Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Warehouse Team Leader, and Young Talents). You ensure the complete candidate experience—from job posting and active sourcing to interviews and assessment centers.

Business partnering and data: You serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers throughout the process. You monitor recruitment pipelines using KPIs and translate these into concrete actions.

Campus recruitment and Young Talent strategy: You are the central contact for our partner campuses (colleges and universities) and actively expand these collaborations. You implement campus recruitment as a primary sourcing tool to fill our regional Young Talent vacancies.

Who you are: Education & experience: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in a general or people-oriented field) and have initial relevant experience in recruitment. Results-oriented: You like to network, work with purpose, and always maintain quality. Communicative & persuasive: You communicate clearly, are a fluent point of contact for schools and managers, and build constructive relationships. Mobile & flexible: You have a field-based role (with a B-driver’s license) and are willing to travel to campuses, events and locations within the region. Language skills: You speak and write fluent Dutch and have good knowledge of English and French.
