Areas of Accountability - Talent Acquisition & Recruiting: Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing. Build proactive talent pipelines with AI-enabled sourcing tools, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Partner with hiring managers on intake meetings, success profiles, and structured interview scorecards. Run structured interviews with rubric-based scoring and coordinate take-home assessments, in-person interview scheduling, and hiring team feedback. - Onboarding: Own the end-to-end experience from offer acceptance through 90 days. Ensure Day 1 readiness (laptop setup, accounts, desk, systems). Run a structured onboarding curriculum covering operating principles, performance frameworks, and AI-first expectations. Pair new hires with buddies and conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins. - IT & Equipment Support: Provide first-line IT support (password resets, peripheral troubleshooting, routine reimaging, device swaps). Maintain laptop and equipment inventory, refresh cycles, and requests. Coordinate with IT vendors on provisioning, security configs, and Day 1 readiness. - Training & Development: Administer internal AI training programs and track participation.
