The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for Business and IT roles across Europe, partnering with hiring managers, building long-term relationships, and advising on candidates, recruitment processes, and market trends. You will identify hiring needs, agree on hiring strategy, and source high-quality candidates through diverse channels. Responsibilities also include creating and posting job openings on career sites, job boards, social media and internal channels; proactively identifying passive candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing channels; conducting screening calls and interviews; and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to feedback. You will build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates and support employer branding initiatives through social media, career fairs, networking events and other talent attraction programs. You will identify areas for improvement and share ideas to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience. Fluent English is required; German or French (or another European language) is a plus.
