STRIDE Community Health Center is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical, administrative, behavioral health, dental, and leadership roles across STRIDE’s multi-site network. The TAP serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates aligned with STRIDE’s mission of providing affordable, high-quality healthcare to diverse and underserved communities. The TAP independently manages a high-volume requisition workload (30+ active positions) while delivering a positive hiring manager and candidate experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with department leaders to understand workforce needs, building proactive sourcing strategies, and maintaining compliant recruitment processes. The role also partners with HR leadership on recruitment initiatives, employer branding, workforce development programs, and process improvements. Essential duties include strategic recruitment and workforce planning, candidate attraction and recruitment operations, analytics and continuous improvement, compliance and documentation, and partnership and outreach. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field, at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, and 2 years of healthcare recruitment experience; strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS and HR regulations. This position offers a competitive salary of $62,000 - $67,000 depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. A 90-day probation
