You will conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, negotiate, and close sunroom sales for high-ticket projects. Leads are provided with pre-qualified appointments; the first-year earning potential can exceed $100,000 to $200,000, depending on performance. Training includes virtual onboarding starting August 17, one week of hands-on training in Atlanta beginning August 24, then two weeks of hands-on training in your home market before transitioning to independent sales.
