Kona Kai San Diego Resort, a boutique urban resort located on Shelter Island in San Diego and part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Staff Accountant / Accounts Payable. This role reports to the Director of Finance and Controller.

Responsibilities include: processing high-volume accounts payable invoices and paying vendors within terms; performing three-way match (PO–Invoice–Receiver) to ensure accurate disbursements; vendor maintenance (COI, W-9, etc.); maintaining compliance with Noble House internal control policies related to accounts payable; serving as the hotel's general cashier and preparing daily marina deposits; maintaining accurate AP files; completing monthly AP accruals; and issuing 1099s to IRS/vendors.

Qualifications: 1–3 years of prior high-volume accounts payable experience; bilingual in Spanish preferred; high school diploma or equivalent; excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management and multitasking abilities; meticulous attention to detail; strong problem-resolution skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
