Amdocs is seeking a Software Support Engineer to monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents and service interruptions for our software environments. You will minimize business impact through timely resolutions, implement workarounds, and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams.

What you will do: - Troubleshoot and resolve application and service issues in production environments, including implementing workarounds and preventive measures. - Conduct incident, ticket, and service interruption analyses, including root cause analysis (RCA). - Ensure timely resolution or escalation within agreed SLAs. - Participate in on-call rotations, including shift and weekend support as required. - Communicate clearly with customers and maintain ownership of incidents. - Analyze and resolve order fallouts, manual billing requests, payment issues, and other operational activities in coordination with business and technical teams. - Maintain and improve support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
