The Service Account Manager will manage and expand an established portfolio of commercial customers, serving as the primary point of contact for service needs, identifying opportunities for repairs and small projects, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is best suited for someone with a strong commercial plumbing service background who enjoys building trust, maintaining long-term relationships, and creating opportunities within existing accounts.
