Senior UX Program Manager, Search Ads

This role drives UX programs and operations for Google Search Ads, collaborating with UX designers, Product, and Engineering across Search Ads and Organic teams to shape the future of highly visible user interactions. You will plan programs, define milestones, assess risks, and create actionable insights to ensure deadlines are met, harmonizing the work of multiple UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

As a Senior UX Program Manager, you will lead the execution and operations of business generation on Google’s Search results pages. You will partner with UX disciplines, Product, and Engineering to ideate and execute on the future of key experiences in Search Ads and Organic teams, driving significant impact for the business.

Compensation: The base salary range in the United States is $159,000 – $230,000 (USD) plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
