This role independently manages all phases of recruitment—from sourcing and screening to selection and offer management—delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Senior TA Partner proactively sources active and passive candidates for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill positions, and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs.
