Responsibilities
Your profile:
- Responsible for elaboration and prioritization of user stories based on C#, .NET, Java, or other modern tech stacks depending on client project, with targeted use of AI-assisted coding tools to boost efficiency.
- Design and evolution of deployment strategies in agile project teams, including technical leadership of developers.
- Define and evolve software interfaces.
- Close communication and advisory with clients regarding modernization and development of the technology stack, with strong customer orientation.
- Independent creation of optimized software architecture designs.
- Take on requirements management and requirements engineering, including alignment with business areas and stakeholders.
- Establish and share best practices for using AI in development, testing, and documentation within the team, e.g., through pairing, internal trainings, or reviews.
- Active contribution to the AI strategy in the project and evaluation of new AI tools and approaches for daily development.
- Several years of backend development experience with C#, .NET, or Java, ideally in different project contexts
- Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge of databases (e.g., MS SQL)
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud or comparable cloud environments like AWS or STACKIT
- Proven expertise in CI/CD processes and agile methods
- Demonstrated experience with the sovereign and goal-oriented use of AI tools in software development, with the ability to share this knowledge withi
