You will establish best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase, focusing on performance, memory usage, cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), and maintainability. You will drive accessibility efforts by implementing and validating UI Automation and assistive technologies, ensuring keyboard navigation, screen reader support, and inclusive usability. You will collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and other stakeholders to shape feature planning and long-term roadmap for the Windows platform. You will own features end-to-end from conception through release and maintenance, and you will diagnose and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues, proposing robust architectural or design solutions.
