The Opportunity: As a Contract Senior Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent in a fast-paced biotech environment. This onsite role is based in Brisbane, CA and requires owning full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of scientific, technical, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include defining hiring needs with managers, developing search strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding offers from start to finish. You will proactively source top talent (including passive candidates) to build strong, diverse pipelines, serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends and competitive hiring practices, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring-team experience. You will maintain compliant hiring processes, manage candidate data in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar), and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting effectiveness and employer branding. Qualifications include 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly fast-paced settings, with a track record of hiring across scientific and corporate functions; strong partnering and influencing skills; expertise in sourcing passive talent; excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple searches with high-quality outcomes; and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
