This role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent, build robust pipelines, and deliver an excellent candidate experience while supporting POP MART’s rapid expansion as a global retail and entertainment brand. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for a diverse set of corporate functions (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Supply Chain, IT, and Creative), reducing time-to-fill, leveraging data and market insights to shape hiring decisions, and continuously improving recruiting processes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, preferably in retail, consumer products, e-commerce, or related fast-paced industries, and demonstrates strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required, along with proficiency with ATS (Workday Recruiting or similar) and modern sourcing tools. Salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
