Remitly is seeking a Senior Recruiter (Contract) to directly impact growth by recruiting and closing top technical talent for our Arlington, VA office. Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Manager, North America Talent Acquisition, you will partner with business leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational goals and talent needs, with a continued focus on candidate experience, process efficiency, and building Remitly's employer brand.

This role is based in Arlington, VA and requires onsite/hybrid presence.

You will: - Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams, building sourcing strategies and workforce plans for Product & Engineering - Develop a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management - Manage an effective interview process and participate in interview training across the business - Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding - Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical functions - Apply knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven insights to build effective recruiting strategies - Manage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to drive continuous improvement

You have: - 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles - A track record of successful, multi-year full-cycle recruiting results - Experience building relationships and partnering with executive leaders - Strong sourcing skills and a demonstrated record of hiring results - Closing ability, with experience closing candidates for senior-lev
