Senior QA Engineer (Mobile) is needed by Cupid Media in a fully remote role based in Estonia. You will own the QA lifecycle for mobile products, performing functional, exploratory, regression, UI/UX, and end-to-end API testing on iOS and Android devices and emulators. Responsibilities include defining test strategies, creating test plans and checklists, estimating testing efforts, and delivering high-quality validation within deadlines. You will develop, maintain, and expand mobile test automation frameworks for UI and API testing, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and automate critical user journeys while managing test data. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Mobile and Backend Engineers, and Architects, participate in code reviews, and support releases by validating builds, deep links, pre-release checks, and monitoring production performance. You will track QA metrics, improve test coverage, defect rates, and automation effectiveness. Requirements include extensive mobile QA experience for iOS/Android, experience with automation frameworks (Appium, Maestro), scripting in JavaScript or Python, API testing (Postman, REST/GraphQL), debugging tools (Proxyman, Charles, Fiddler, ADB logcat, Xcode Console), experience with CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, Bitrise) and QA tools (Jira, Allure, Allure TestOps), and familiarity with crash monitoring (Sentry).
