What you will do: - Collaborate with the Principal to evaluate project requirements and negotiate an owner–architect agreement including fee, scope, and schedule. - Demonstrate mastery of project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability; deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction. - Manage multiple projects and client relationships; supervise the production of architectural construction documents for renovations. - Negotiate issues with Owners, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Specialty Consultants within HGA and partner firms. - Lead a full-service architectural and engineering team to deliver quality documents, specifications, reports, and cost estimates, guiding team leaders and members. - Develop discipline budgets and monitor costs against budgets and schedules. - Oversee correspondence and documents, obtain signatures, and involve legal counsel as appropriate. - Review contractor bids and coordinate award recommendations with the Principal. - Provide day-to-day leadership in th
