Senior Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure, Dublin. This role is primarily site-based, requiring on-site presence four days per week with one day per week available for remote working. You will lead a multidisciplinary project team and oversee the delivery of a major civil infrastructure programme across the full project lifecycle, from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out. The ideal candidate has 15+ years’ experience delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects, preferably within aviation or other live operational environments, and a track record of managing cost, schedule, risk, governance and stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Project Execution Plan, coordinating with stakeholders (including the Airport Transformation Manager and other key parties), maintaining governance through RACI matrices, leading design reviews and change control, and delivering projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards. Experience with the NEC suite of contracts, client-side project management, and leadership of project teams is highly desirable. The role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with hybrid working as part of AECOM’s flexible work options.
