AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Aviation to join our Dublin, Ireland office. The role is primarily site-based with on-site attendance four days per week and one remote day per week. The successful candidate will lead a major multi-year capital program transforming a nationally significant aviation infrastructure asset and will provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle, from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out. Key responsibilities include coordinating interfaces across the project lifecycle, maintaining risk and governance registers, coordinating design consultants and external service providers, organizing design reviews, communicating design changes, reporting progress, and driving continuous improvement in project management procedures. The role requires strong client-facing, commercial and leadership skills and a track record of delivering major construction and asset delivery projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. Essential experience includes at least 15 years in construction and infrastructure, with aviation and/or live-operational airport environments, NEC contract experience, on-site project delivery, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
