Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical construction based in Tulsa, Oklahoma (on-site). The Senior Project Manager will lead complex construction projects, supervise project teams, and be accountable for project costs and schedules to ensure adherence to contract documents and to exceed owner expectations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Superintendent, developing the Project Management Plan, participating in value engineering, negotiating prime contracts and subcontracts, managing procurement and change orders, monitoring safety, quality, and progress, and overseeing close-out activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, and eight or more years of project management experience on mission-critical construction projects. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, knowledge of construction laws and contracts, and an ability to manage complex projects.
