Deacon Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects across Healthcare, Public Sector, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Commercial Office, Hospitality, Senior Living, and Warehouse/Distribution. Based in the Seattle area (Redmond Office), this on-site role focuses on owning projects from start to finish and delivering results on time and within budget. Responsibilities include leading the project team in collaboration with the project superintendent, managing budgets, reviews, and contracts, coordinating submittals, subcontracts, schedules, change orders, procurement, logistics, and closeout, and building long-term client, architect, and subcontractor relationships. Requirements include 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience; demonstrated success delivering projects ranging from $20M to $75M; ability to lead meetings and multi-task; bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
