Samet Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects in the Charlotte, North Carolina region from our Charlotte office. In this role you will own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, lead client relationships, and mentor project managers and engineers.

What You'll Do - Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, including procurement strategy, trade partner solicitation, and design/procurement completion for design-build and CM-at-risk projects. - Develop and manage Project Management Plans (PMPs), team work plans, responsibility matrices, and job cost codes; establish buyout strategies to maximize profits. - Build detailed project schedules with work breakdown structures, maintain the master schedule, and drive milestone achievement through regular progress reviews. - Understand and execute owner contract terms, payment requirements, and risk elements; ensure bonds and insurance requirements are fulfilled before work commences. - Prepare scopes of work, purchase orders, and subcontracts; implement risk management plans for subcontractor and supplier selection. - File required notices within specified timeframes. - Develop, maintain, and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, aiming for high client satisfaction. - Prepare cost projections and cash flow reports; manage change processes and vendor invoices. - Implement Quality Control / Quality Assurance measures per Samet's Never Fail guidelines and maintain document controls.\
