Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the on-site manager responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of large or complex construction projects. The position sits primarily on the job site in Charlotte, North Carolina, with occasional travel to the office for trainings and meetings. Responsibilities include developing the project safety plan, establishing project controls and procedures, managing the project forecast and billings, creating and executing quality and closeout plans, leading the project team (including superintendents and engineers), developing subcontracting strategies, enforcing contracts, leading risk mitigation, and coordinating constructability reviews.
