Responsibilities include overseeing design and construction administration, supporting risk management, and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality outcomes. Required skills include BIM, building codes, site analysis, and construction contract administration, with proficiency in 2D/3D production software and Deltek. A Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related discipline is required, along with licensure/certification in a related area (e.g., LEED AP, CPHC/CPHD, or equivalent) and LEED GA anticipated within six months of hire.
