Lyft is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Customer Care focused on Emerging Businesses. The role owns the customer care experience for Lyft's highest-priority growth initiatives, including international expansion, autonomous vehicles, and new lines of business. You will partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and external partners to launch support on time and with high quality, and you will build runbooks, product guidelines, and standards that enable faster, more consistent launches across markets and partners. You will define customer care metrics, use data to prioritize work, and shape a repeatable platform that scales with future launches. The position requires 5+ years of product management experience, a track record of shipping in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and a willingness to work East Coast hours to collaborate with international and EU partners. Bonus points for experience with international expansion, marketplaces, autonomous vehicles, or partnership-driven products. This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, United States, with in-office work three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). The base pay range in the New York City area is $148,000 - $185,000, not inclusive of potential equity, bonus, or benefits. Lyft is an equal opportunity employer and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, mental health, family-building, childcare and pet benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid parental leave, commuter benefits, Lyft credits, and Lyft Pink membership.
