This role centers on reimagining user journeys, reducing friction, and delivering seamless experiences across internal tools, client-facing capabilities, and partner integrations. Experience with AI-enabled capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation, is important, but it is one part of the broader product portfolio rather than the primary focus. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of product management experience in payments, workflow platforms, digital experience transformation, or related domains. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. You should have strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven analysis skills. This role is hybrid with three days per week onsite in our Pasadena, California office and is not eligible for remote work.
