Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Data & AI to drive the development and growth of data-centric and AI-powered products for the insurance vertical. This role reports to the Head of Product and will manage a New Zealand–based scrum team while supporting onsite discovery sessions for new insurance opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the product strategy for Data & AI solutions in the insurance vertical. - Lead ideation, development, and launch of data-driven and AI-powered features and products. - Manage a New Zealand scrum team, ensuring alignment with product goals and delivery timelines. - Lead onsite discovery sessions with insurance carriers and partners to identify new product opportunities and validate concepts. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities. - Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, requirements, and go-to-market plans. - Drive adoption and engagement with insurance carriers, leveraging data insights to solve real business problems. - Measure product success using KPIs, user feedback
