ComeOn Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) with a strong sportsbook background to own end-to-end product design for web and mobile apps. You will translate intricate sportsbook mechanics, live odds, dynamic bet slips, and micro-markets into seamless, intuitive player journeys.

Responsibilities include leading the design process from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes across iOS/Android and web; integrating AI-assisted research and generative workflows to speed decision-making; conducting qualitative user research and analyzing analytics and heatmaps to inform design decisions; maintaining and evolving design systems and accessibility standards; partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation; conducting A/B tests and using post-launch metrics to optimize conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and bet retention.

About you: proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in an online sportsbook or betting environment; a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership; proficiency in Figma; ability to use both quantitative data and qualitative feedback to guide design decisions; comfortable in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments; passion for sports and player psychology; strong communication skills to present research to stakeholders.
