Key qualifications include significant professional server-side software development experience, strong Core Java skills (Java 17+ is a plus), familiarity with data structures such as sets, hashes, caches, experience developing Front Office financial systems including E-Trading and FIX, experience delivering OMS/EMS/Exchange systems, exposure to equities trading and brokerage, knowledge of data injection/inversion of control, and experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Extensive experience with a Matching Engine is desirable.
