Senior Cyber Security Penetration Tester responsible for conducting offensive security testing for BDO clients and delivering practical, risk-based remediation guidance. This role collaborates with client stakeholders to define the scope, rules of engagement, and objectives, executes tests that simulate realistic attacker behaviors, and communicates results clearly to both technical and executive audiences. Engagements may include external and internal network testing, Active Directory attack path testing, web and API security testing, cloud and Microsoft 365 security assessments, and AI-enabled application testing. The position may also support red team and purple team exercises in collaboration with client SOC teams and contribute to internal tooling and automation through shared repositories. Responsibilities include planning engagements, performing authenticated testing, conducting web/API assessments, mapping attack paths, producing high-quality deliverables, and facilitating remediation workshops. The role may involve maintaining and extending offensive security tooling and collaborating via Git workflows for repeatable assessments. Minimum qualifications include 4+ years of hands-on penetration testing, strong Windows and Linux fundamentals, AD administration experience, scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash), and relevant certifications such as OSCP; familiarity with SIEM/SOC workflows is preferred.
