Senior Software Engineer on Westwing's Web & API team will design, build, and maintain end-to-end features across the storefront and mobile API, from specification and server-side data loading to production release and maintenance. You will extend integrations with our e-commerce stack, headless CMS, search, analytics, and experimentation platforms, and develop AI-powered user-facing features while ensuring correctness, security, and maintainability. You will own caching, rendering, and performance strategies for the storefront and mobile API, and collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business goals into high-quality user experiences. You will champion code quality through testing and reviews, and work with Agentic AI to accelerate delivery. Requirements include deep expertise in React, TypeScript, frontend development, performance optimization across the stack (including server-side rendering with React Router) and GraphQL, strong specification and architecture judgment, and a product-driven mindset. The role is permanent and based in Munich, with a flexible hybrid setup.
