Bold.One is a fast-paced e-commerce company with a growing product squad. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build and evolve our digital product, collaborating across teams and guiding technical decisions aligned with business goals.

What you will do: - Build and maintain product features end-to-end, from backend logic to user-facing interfaces - Develop high-performance web applications with a focus on usability, performance, and maintainability - Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external systems - Drive architecture decisions and continuously improve system design and reliability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions - Take ownership of systems and initiatives from concept through deployment and ongoing improvement

What we expect: - 3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end/back-end development - Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture - Solid back-end skills with PHP (Laravel) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) - Experience building and consuming APIs - Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and clean architecture - Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern development practices - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to production - Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code - Fluency in Lithuanian and English
