As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer II, you will join a world-class engineering team building the end-to-end platform. We are assembling a high-caliber group of Senior Frontend Engineers to lead technical initiatives across key domains: Agent Client Tools - Buy Side; CRM - Comms; CRM - Contacts; CRM - Insights.

What You Will Do - End-to-End Design & Build: Shape a strategic product surface, building dashboards, notifications, and reporting interfaces that make insights actionable for thousands of agents. - Drive Technical Delivery: Independently define, decompose, and lead the delivery of complex projects across the stack. - Incorporate Intelligent Automation: Build and operationalize modern software patterns, including integrating AI models, data pipelines, and telemetry to automate workflows. - Champion Engineering Excellence: Perform code and design reviews, write automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end), and continuously keep codebases clean and performant. - Own Your Domain: Create clear architecture diagrams, runbooks, and specs, and own your services throughout their lifecycle. - Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to balance requirements, resolve bottlenecks, and actively mentor peers to elevate the engineering team.
