Meitheal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, and Corporate Functions to provide financial insights that drive performance and support Meitheal's growth. Key responsibilities include supporting the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning; developing and maintaining financial models for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and cash flow; analyzing results versus budget and forecast; and delivering monthly management reports, executive presentations, dashboards, and KPI tools. Additional duties include forecasting and analyzing product sales, pricing, profitability, ROI/NPV analyses for strategic initiatives, and evaluating new product opportunities. The position requires 4–7 years of FP&A experience (pharmaceutical/biotech experience preferred), strong Excel and data-analysis skills, and experience with ERP and planning tools. Salary range is $85,000 to $115,000 per year. Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid work arrangement.
