In this senior role, you will own environmental test campaigns, develop comprehensive test plans and procedures, manage qualification and verification activities, and present results to program leadership while providing technical leadership to the team. This position supports the enterprise-wide digital transformation through Model-based Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, and Agile practices. Responsibilities include: leading the development of Environmental Test Plans and Procedures for dynamic and climatic environments; owning test campaigns; developing Basis of Estimates; identifying risks and presenting tradeoffs; designing test fixtures and harnesses; ensuring adherence to procedures, configuration control, and safety; mentoring engineers and technicians; interfacing with customers, systems engineering, program management, design engineering, manufacturing, and test engineering; leading data review and analysis; performing functional analysis and requirements allocation; conducting Environmental Test Lab equipment performance assessments and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
